On behalf of the 10000 Islands Council of Nine, I'm happy to report that the Council has approved the accord with the exception of the issue regarding the self-liberation of regions. TITO will abide by all other issues, and hopes that other organizations do as well.

Thank you, Delegate Odracir, on behalf of the participating regions of the 2004 Global Summit on Raiderplay and Defensive Operations for TITO's consideration and adoption of the majority of the GS Accord's provisions. I can report that the member regions of W.A.R. have adopted the GS Accord in toto, and will abide by the provisions noted.
